Waiter

Provide exceptional guest service from the heart while taking food and drink orders, answering questions, offering suggestions, and delivering delectable appetizers, salads, entrees, drinks, and desserts to resort diners. Excel in a fun, fast-paced environment while developing rapport with co-workers and guests, alike.

Cook

Prepare a variety of fresh, flavorsome fare for resort guests in a variety of restaurants, ranging from Pan-Asian delights to American comforts to Italian cuisine. Roast, bake, grill and steam a wide selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts with service from the heart, all while working alongside some of the top chefs in the world.

Housekeeper

Clean and organize resort areas with a creative flare while surrounded by beautiful views. Maintain guest rooms and suites each day, using personal style and service from the heart. Get to know guests as you care for their rooms and develop friendships with Playa associates throughout the resort.

Front Office Agent

Interact with arriving and departing guests, take payments, answer questions, give recommendations and directions – all with service from the heart. Ensure guests experience a warm welcome as the first person they encounter. Cultivate friendships with associates while working in an attractive atmosphere.

Bartender

Mix it up while serving some of the finest spirits, beers, sodas and juice to resort guests. Learn to create an assortment of tropical drinks and present them with panache. Offer recommendations, answer questions and provide service from the heart as you interact with vacationers and fellow associates.

Steward

Welcome resort guests as they enter restaurants and present menus, all with service from the heart. Answer questions about food options and offer suggestions to help guide vacationers with their orders. Create conversation and get to know guests and coworkers while overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant.
