Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator II, Sales, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the sales process, including supporting the sales team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Support sales representatives in managing accounts and fulfilling customer requests.
  • Analyze and monitor sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for the sales department.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Ensure timely completion of sales-related tasks, such as proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Education

  • Additional certifications may be required or preferred
