Job Description

As a Manager III, Loss Prevention, you will be responsible for planning and directing policies, procedures, or systems to prevent the loss of assets. This role requires the ability to determine risk exposure or potential liability and develop risk control measures to minimize loss and protect company assets.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and policies to minimize risks and protect company assets.
  • Monitor, assess, and analyze loss prevention data to identify trends and areas of risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation plans and solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and technologies in loss prevention.
  • Oversee the investigation of theft, fraud, and other loss events, ensuring that proper processes and protocols are followed.
  • Provide training and support to team members, promoting a culture of awareness and accountability.
  • Review and update loss prevention policies, procedures, and systems regularly, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Education

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Certifications

  • Loss Prevention Qualified (LPQ)
  • Loss Prevention Certified (LPC)
  • Additional certifications may be required or preferred
