Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, Housekeeping, you are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team by performing a wide range of duties. These include drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Draft and edit various forms of correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails.
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials.
  • Answer incoming calls, promptly and courteously directing inquiries to the appropriate party.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate ordering and replenishment as needed.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and special projects.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic databases and applications.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external entities, such as vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Education

  • Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
