Job Description

As an Agent,Front Office, you will be responsible for accommodating our valuable guests by ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process, managing reservations, and providing top-notch customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure guests feel welcome and taken care of while creating a seamless experience throughout their entire stay.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Register and assign rooms to guests, ensuring prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Issue room keys or cards, and guide guests to their rooms if necessary.
  • Transmit and receive messages for guests, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Keep accurate records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, using our reservation system.
  • Make and confirm reservations for future guests over the phone or online.
  • Present statements to and collect payments from departing guests, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate with management and other departments to resolve guest issues or concerns.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

  • Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience
  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
  • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
  • Has 0 to 1 year of work experience

Education
