Job Description

As an Attendant, Pool & Beach, you will be responsible for performing various duties at our amusement or recreation facility, ensuring an enjoyable and safe experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include scheduling the use of recreation facilities, maintaining and providing equipment to participants of sporting events or recreational pursuits, and operating amusement concessions and rides.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule the use of recreation facilities and ensure smooth operations during events, parties, or gatherings.
Maintain, clean, and inspect equipment to ensure its safe use by participants.
Provide and assist guests with the proper use of equipment, including sports gear and recreational resources.
Operate concessions and events, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
Assist guests with inquiries, issues, or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Work effectively as part of a team to support the overall success of the facility.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience
Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
Has 0 to 1 year of work experience
