Job Description

As a Concierge Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personal services to guests. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist clientele, take and relay messages, arrange or advise on transportation, business services, and entertainment, as well as monitor guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and interact with them in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for various activities, including transportation, dining, entertainment, and business services.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to fulfill guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, private messages, and personal details of guests.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize conflicting demands to deliver high-quality service.
  • Maintain knowledge of local events, venues, attractions, and service providers to provide up-to-date and accurate information to guests.
  • Demonstrate professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

  • Requires knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience
  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Has 2 to 3 years of work experience

Education

  • High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
