Job Description

As a Coordinator, Warehouse, you will be responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments related to inventory. The role includes duties such as verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material, and arranging transportation for products. Preparing items for shipment may also be required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Verify and maintain accurate records on incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory.
Coordinate and record incoming merchandise or material timely and accurately, as per company procedures.
Arrange transportation for outgoing products, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to company guidelines.
Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting discrepancies and working with team members to address issues.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operational flow.
Assist with maintaining warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness.
Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
