Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator I, Sales, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the sales process, including supporting the sales team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing their daily activities, such as creating sales proposals, answering customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer relationships by following up on orders, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • In collaboration with the sales team, identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to reach targeted goals and drive sales growth.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing office supplies and ensuring that sales materials are up to date and readily available.
  • Attend sales meetings, provide updates on progress, and share insights on recent market trends.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Education

  • Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Certifications

  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Certified Sales Associate (CSA)
  • Additional certifications may be required or preferred
