Job Description

As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the grounds of our properties with diligence and precision. This hands-on role will involve a variety of tasks, such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and the installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and cultivate grounds to ensure a pleasant and visually appealing environment.
Perform various landscaping tasks, such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and fertilizing.
Install and maintain sprinkler systems, ensuring optimal irrigation of property grounds.
Dig, rake, and perform other routine tasks as needed to maintain the appearance and health of landscaping features.
Execute mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall unit installations according to plans and project requirements.
Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Communicate with supervisors and team members effectively to discuss plans, progress, and issues as they arise.
Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience
Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
Has 0 to 1 year of work experience
