Job Description

As a Manager, Spa, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.. You will manage service and support professionals, adapting departmental plans, and making decisions guided by policy, resources, and the business plan.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the spa.
  • Manage service/support professionals and supervisory staff, ensuring efficient execution of daily operations.
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges, ensuring the timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets.
  • Work with marketing and public relations teams to promote upcoming events and programming.
  • Analyze and resolve issues, working with staff to develop new approaches and solutions.
  • Ensure that all safety and compliance regulations are met, and develop policies and procedures to protect guests and staff.
  • Plan and execute promotional events.
  • Evaluate event success and customer satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary to improve user experience.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by upper management, maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

  • Manages service, support, or professional associates and/or supervisors
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
  • Decisions guided by policy, resources and business plan
  • Receives moderate guidance
  • Has 5 to 7 years of work experience
  • Has 0 to 1 year of management experience

Education

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Entertainment, Recreation Management, or a related field is preferred.
