Job Description

As a Spa Stylist, you will be responsible for providing expert hair styling, bridal looks, and makeup services to our clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each guest feels confident, radiant, and beautifully cared for, whether it’s for everyday glam or their special day.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Create elegant and trend-forward bridal hairstyles and updos.
Apply flawless makeup for bridal, formal events, and everyday occasions.
Conduct client consultations to understand beauty goals and provide personalized recommendations.
Stay current with trends, techniques, and products in hair and makeup.
Ensure adherence to licensing requirements and professional standards.
Maintain the highest level of client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Support retail sales by recommending appropriate products.
Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

Requires knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Has 2 to 3 years of work experience
