Job Description

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the property. Your responsibilities will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other public spaces.
  • Make beds, change linens, and ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Perform comprehensive cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Replenish supplies and amenities as needed, including toiletries, towels, and other materials.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclable materials according to established procedures, maintaining a clean and clutter-free environment.
  • Inspect assigned areas for damage or maintenance needs and report any issues to appropriate team members.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while using cleaning products, equipment, and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and assignments.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

  • Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience
  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
  • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
  • Has 0 to 1 year of work experience
