Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Spa Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive spa treatment and retail sales
- Actively promote spa services and retail products to guests, providing expert recommendations.
- Work with spa associates to devise creative ways to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Train new employees on current/new sales strategies
- Assist management in establishing and communicating goals, performance expectations, timetables and deadlines for shift or departmental operations to hourly employees and ensure that they are understood.
- Monitor associates’ performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed (e.g., create expectations for continual improvement, provide challenging tasks and assignments, hold development discussions, and construct and execute development plans) communicate effectively, contribute your abilities, respect your colleagues, and remain open-minded to new ideas.
Job Description
As Spa Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Spa Operations with a focus on team coordination and driving Spa service and retail sales. The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest services and driving spa sales to achieve revenue targets. The incumbent advises associates on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes, or other pertinent information; answer questions about available services, general property information and amenities; promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products and manage sales targets for Spa associates. Key functions will include the completion of requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment, inspection work areas and tools/equipment to ensure conformance to company standards and notifying Engineering of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs.

Competencies
Education
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Certified Professional SalesPerson (CPSP)
- Additional certifications may be required or preferred
