Job Description

As a Steward, Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of food preparation and serving tasks. This hands-on role requires dedication and a keen eye for detail, as you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and assist in the overall setup and presentation of meals. Join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow best practices in handling, storing, and preparing food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, service areas, and equipment.
  • Assist in setting up and organizing dining areas and buffets.
  • Support the food and beverage team to ensure a seamless guest dining experience.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff and attend to their requests and needs.
  • Assist with dishwashing and maintaining an organized and clean dishwashing area.
  • Perform inventory checks and restocking tasks as required.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

  • Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience
  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
  • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
  • Has 0 to 1 year of work experience
