As a Supervisor, Spa, you will be responsible for for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all services are provided to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. . Your role is crucial for the success and satisfaction of guests, ensuring that they have a memorable experience at our facilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa.
• Coordinate and collaborate with department heads and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality experiences for guests.
• Manage the scheduling, assignment, and evaluation of Spa Associates.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment, ensuring its proper operation and appearance.
• Listen and respond to guests' feedback, addressing any concerns or suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to the improvement of our spa offerings.
• Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

• Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
• Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
• Has 4 to 5 years of work experience

Competencies

Education

• High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Certifications

• Certifications may be required or preferred.
