Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and cultivate grounds to ensure a pleasant and visually appealing environment.
• Perform various landscaping tasks, such as sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and fertilizing.
• Install and maintain sprinkler systems, ensuring optimal irrigation of property grounds.
• Dig, rake, and perform other routine tasks as needed to maintain the appearance and health of landscaping features.
• Execute mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall unit installations according to plans and project requirements.
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members effectively to discuss plans, progress, and issues as they arise.
• Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

• Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience
• Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
• Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
• Has 0 to 1 year of work experience

Competencies

Education

• High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Certifications

• Certifications may be required or preferred.
