Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and support a team of personal service workers, providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback.
• Function as a working supervisor, spending a portion of time performing tasks alongside the team members.
• Ensure consistent and exceptional guest experiences through proper staffing, training, and performance management.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain seamless communication and coordination.
• Analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and other relevant information to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Monitor daily operations, troubleshooting issues and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the overall results of the team, ensuring the achievement of operational goals and standards.
• Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

• Functions as a working supervisor of a business support team
• May spend a portion of time performing the work supervised
• Responsible for the results of the team
• Works within established precedents and practices
• Analyzes information to solve on-going problems
• Has 5 or more years of work experience

Competencies

Education

• High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Certifications

• Certifications may be required or preferred.
