Job Description

As a Coordinator II, Learning and Development, you will be responsible for designing and conducting work-related training and development programs to enhance individual skills and improve organizational performance. Your role will involve analyzing organizational training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous growth and improvement throughout the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive training and development programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify organizational training needs and gaps.
  • Review and analyze training evaluation data to measure the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a training calendar and oversee its successful implementation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of employees participating in training and development programs to ensure successful completion and attainment of desired outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends, developments, and best practices to ensure the delivery of the highest quality learning programs.
  • Coordinate and communicate training schedules, logistics, and learning materials to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
