Job Description

As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests, directly or through waitstaff. You'll use your extensive knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits to make recommendations and provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests, providing an exceptional beverage experience by making recommendations based on their preferences and pairing suggestions.
  • Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff, adhering to the highest standards of service.
  • Train and support waitstaff in their beverage knowledge and service skills.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the beverage industry.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices related to alcohol service.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the overall dining experience through complementary beverage offerings.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
