Job Description

As an Attendant, Retail, you will be responsible for selling merchandise such as apparel, jewelry, and giftware to consumers. This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication and customer service skills, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, offering information and assistance as needed.
Accurately and efficiently process transactions at the point of sale.
Perform inventory control and maintain merchandise displays, ensuring all shelves are stocked and organized.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail space, including sales floor and back storage.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Remain knowledgeable about retail trends, industry standards, and product features to best serve customers and maximize sales opportunities.
Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

Entry-level position with limited prior training or relevant work experience
