Job Description

As a Senior Coordinator, Events you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of group meetings, events, and conventions. Your exceptional organizational skills will aid you in coordinating activities of staff, convention personnel, or clients to create unforgettable experiences.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial contact with clients to post-event follow-up.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event needs, ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Supervise a team of event support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that all event logistics are coordinated and executed flawlessly.
  • Monitor budgets and deadlines, making adjustments as needed to adhere to project constraints.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event planning process or onsite at events.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and enhance event experiences for attendees.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
