Job Description

As a Supervisor, Maintenance you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of a skilled team of mechanics, installers, and repairers in providing top-notch maintenance services. Coordinate work schedules, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will use your strong background in maintenance supervision and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling, assigning work, and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure adherence to established safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing professional and timely solutions.
  • Monitor inventory and order materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance performed and costs.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance work as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary to address facility requirements.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
