Job Description

As a Supervisor, Warehouse, you will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the activities of helpers, laborers, or material movers, ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Maintain and enforce safety and security policies and procedures within the warehouse.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in the warehouse.
Monitor employee performance and provide training, guidance, and direction when needed.
Anticipate and resolve operational issues to minimize delays and prevent disruptions to workflow.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records for inventory, employee performance, and other warehouse activities.
Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
