Job Description

As a Senior Manager, HRIS, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities in electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. This role requires effective leadership to manage multiple teams and collaboration with cross-functional departments to achieve the company's objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of business application initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a small team of technical professionals, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and solutions in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to optimize business application processes, improve team performance, and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to electronic data processing and information systems.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of HRIS experience. 
  • A minimum of 1 year of people management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP/SuccessFactors. 
  • Advanced understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations. 
  • Advanced technical proficiency in SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, and Learning Management System.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.  (Master's degree is preferred.)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Certifications

  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
